DMCA takedown notices, built from the evidence
Notices platforms and hosts actually accept
Most takedown notices fail because they're vague: no specific work, no exact location, no proof. Ours are written by the ClearClaim engine from the case itself, with your works, every infringing URL, numbered evidence and the statements the law requires, then checked by a specialist before anything is sent.

Quick, complete and legally compliant
Every element the DMCA asks for, every time
Each notice covers all six parts of 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3): the authorised signature, the copyrighted works, the exact infringing material, your contact details, and the good-faith and accuracy statements. Trade mark and counterfeit reports follow the same structure. Every report's status shows in your dashboard.

Why your business needs this
Protect customer trust and your reputation
Fake sites and counterfeit products lead to reviews like these, and customers blame the brand they thought they were buying from. A notice that gets rejected leaves the copycat up for weeks longer. One that's complete the first time gets it removed.

Takedown notice questions
Why don't you offer a free notice template?
Because templates are what get rejected. A notice needs the specific work, the exact infringing material and evidence. We build that from each case, so it's accepted first time far more often.
What happens after you send a takedown request?
The platform or host reviews it, usually within a few days. If they don't act, we escalate to the next layer. If the infringer files a counter-notice, we tell you straight away.
What information do you need from me?
Your legal business name and address, a contact for notices, links to your original work and any trade mark registrations. You add these once under Notice details in your dashboard.
How long does a DMCA takedown take?
Many marketplace and social takedowns land within 24–72 hours. Standalone fake shops and disputed cases can take up to two weeks, because we work through the host, registrar and payment processor. Your dashboard shows where each case is.
Do you file anything without my say-so?
No. Every match is checked by a specialist and lands in your dashboard first. You approve it, and only then do we send anything.
What if they just open a new store?
Sometimes they try. We link new shops and accounts to the same seller, keep watching, and go after the payment processor and registrar so it gets harder each time.
