How accurate is the AI price?+

It's an estimate from what we can see on each link. A specialist checks every order before work starts. If it needs less work, we refund the difference to your credits straight away. If it needs more (say an account holds far more copies than we could see), we ask before charging anything extra.

Why crypto?+

It lets us take one-off orders from anywhere without card chargebacks on legal work. Your payment is checked on the blockchain for the right amount and address, then credited. Credits don't expire, and unused credit can be paid back.

How long does a payment take to show?+

We check a few minutes after you submit the transaction ID, then again as it gets confirmations. Usually 5 to 30 minutes; Bitcoin can take an hour when it's busy.

What's a counter notification?+

If your own video or post was taken down by a report you think is wrong, a counter notice asks the platform to put it back. The law needs your name, address and a statement under penalty of perjury, so we collect those when you order. It's $125 per video.

Can you remove a copyright strike?+

We challenge it with the platform and, where it makes sense, ask the claimant to retract. We can't promise every strike is removed: it depends on the facts and the claimant. $125 per video.

Do you guarantee removal?+
